I got as high as a 58 waist 371 # most likely was higher! Now a 44 waist 230 # maybe a tad less and falling :O) pounds = inches for me anyway . I jumped off a cliff all at once quit eating / smoking and drinking thou I never drank much anyway . all this last fathers day .
