My co-workers are generally very supportive. Sometimes jaws drop when I tell them how far I rode over the weekend.

I'll have a new situation on my hands in a couple hours: I'm going for a ride after work, and will be changing in the men's room in the office. It'll be my first time in front of my colleagues in full kit. We'll see how that goes...
