1983 - 1984 Bianchi Specialissma. Can anyone tell me more about this bike? I bought it new at a bike shop in 1984. Campy components. Extensive pantographing. Steel SLX Frameset. Aero seat post. All original paint, parts and decals. I looked at raydobbins website and he displays a similar bike but the seat post is not aero, the seat is different, the handlebar wrap is different, no 3x decal. Mark Bulgier has a website with Bianchi catalogs and I can't find my bike there either. Anyone know more about my bike or how many were manufactured? I've had it storage since 1988. I am trying to understand why my bike is inconsistent with the other Specialissmas. Maybe they lost some parts and the replacements aren't the same as the originals. Maybe they were repainted. Not sure of the situation. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
