Sometimes people just need their a$$es kicked, or at least a sandwich smeared all over their threads . You should consider it a favor to the person as you're just giving them something they really need. Always make sure you have an escape route planned though.

I must say that the drivers on my usual 20 mile route are pretty good. I don't think I've been honked more than 2X in well over a year of riding that route and even more importantly drivers swing ride when passing. There's always tomorrow though......

This is a huge improvement over riding in Miami where you'd have to be ready to throw down at any given time and just getting honked was considered proper etiquette.
