Interesting week of riding for me. Mornings mostly like today: upper 30s to lower 40s--say between +3 and 5C) with light showers here and there. Afternoons a bit more hair-raising with steady rain a couple of days and some clearly not-so-steady motorists (one dude buzzed me doing near 70 mph).

Yesterday afternoon's ride was a real prize though: bright sunshine and about 60F/15C. I finally broke out a pair of shorts! I'm not sure what was brighter: my neon-creamcicle orange Alert Shirt or my lily-white legs.

Supposed to be more of the same (but warmer) today. I have prepared for this eventuality by already putting in for a half day off...
