I get honks and verbal abuse all the time. I just ignore it, it's not worth me wasting my effort to respond to it. Funny thing I've noticed, very little of it actually happens on my commute anymore. Generally, people who actually have somewhere to go or something to do (i.e. a life) tend not to bother. It's only the dole-bludger low-life types with nowhere to go that bother usually.

Another thing is, because they absolutely must go nowhere at all at 120km/h+, most of their abuse seems pretty incoherent to me.
