Maybe I don't get it. One of my favorite things about bikes is the customization aspect, how someone can choose to build their bike how they like. And if someone decides that they like Shimano better than SRAM/Campy, well, goddamn, don't really see why they shouldn't be allowed to do so.
You can do whatever you want, since you decided to build a bike to your taste and have a bike that you enjoy. You obviously didn't set out to create a replica and are doing just fine with your choice of components. Besides it's just a question of time before Gios moves to SRAM and/or sells the whole thing to BikesDirect.
