Thank you all for your comments. It does appear to be ridable art rather than restored bike. I was looking at a Pashley Guv'nor as a weekend bike, if this comes close then I might take the plunge. It won't be my primary bike by a long shot and I will be under no illusion that I am riding a "true restoration" but it does look good to me.
