I'd be very tempted to go for it ..... you'd be out in a country atmosphere!

How far away? And if you're trying to save money, it can be a good thing to be an extra distance away from things like that ... less temptation to shop, go to restaurants, etc.

I would not want to live ON a 4-lane divided highway ...... too busy, too noisy. Is there a back road that would get you out there as well?
