The Kokusai eventually morphed into the Nishiki International. It was a nice, mid-range model in the very early 1970's. Should be 1971-1972. Given the era, the frame is probably plain gauge CrMo. We'd need specific component info for the rear wheel to tell if it's original.If I had the room and an ageeable partner, I'd keep it and restore it.
