Thanks to some handy html tagging it was the first single speed/fixed gear site I found. Gonna try to dismantle and repack the BB with some new grease since it seems to be where the offending creak is coming from. we shall see, yes?
Usually the act of disassembling and reassembling your bike is enough to get rid of the creaks.
If you think it's the spokes, you could have uneven tension. Get that checked asap or the rim will suffer.
Also remove, regrease and reinstall the pedals.
