and indeed it is.. two close together and another farther away, the one for the FD appears missing too but it is hidden underneath the derailer and wrapped around out of sight.

Super LeTour looks about right parts wise and also the 4130, one weird thing about the bike is the front wheel seems dished off to the side, I'll have to pop it out and put it back in again to see what's up.

I'm guessing that this mystery is solved?
