Put coppar paste on the cups threads also, dont want them to corrode and get stuck.

White lithium was the standard for alot of years. There is better stuff. Waterproof marine wheel bearing grease is good, especially in cup and ball BB which often lack good seals. It's cheap and can be found even at discount stores like wall-mart in the US. A drain hole in the bottom of the BB shell is a good idea if there isn't one already.
