Saturday -- 90 miles with 9560 feet of gain (the first 60 had 8800 feet o gain) on my fixed gear. The 30 mile descent sucked.
Sunday-- 122.5 miles with 5000 feet of gain
I faded pretty bad today at about mile 85. I just didn't get enough calories in after our ride yesterday. The fixed gear takes a lot of calorie burn on the climb and of course I had to pedal all of the 30 mile descent.
