if you look in the web address it says reynolds steel. maybe no one noticed that but as a company that sells cheaper (in price) aluminum frames i think they would price a steel frame accordingly as well.
edit after reading this haha that the price would go with the quality of the tubing.
there are many grades of reynolds tubing. I find it very odd that leader, after months, still cannot say or decal the frame with what kind of tubing is used. seems fishy to me.
