Cool, thanks for all the advice, Ill go home when I get off and try to work something out. But in the mean time, whats a good brake to run that wont brake (ha. ha. im lame) the bank. Im thinking the 30 to 50 dollar range,. Also, where can i find a bmx style lever that hase a hinged mounting bracket so I dont have to unwrap my bars to switch it, because i swith my bars pretty much every other day depending on my mood.

EDIT: I was running a center pull Diacompe brake on my old wheelset but I want a sidepull because i HATED working on that P.O.S.
