I'm posting this hear because this is the only forum I read here. I was having some knee problems early in the year after a long series of 5 hour rides. It was recommended to me to try the BG shoes so I got a pair. My right leg feels ok but my left leg feels awkward at best and lately I've been noticing a weird sensation behind my knee.

Maybe its the shoes, but has anyone had luck in adjusting them or have any special tips or tricks? I also have the speedplay Zero pedals that have "infinite float" and I'm wondering if that's the problem.

Thoughts?
