If the freewheel does take a two-prong remover*, be certain to use the quick-relwase to snug it up to the freewheel. If there is slop (play) in the remover and the freewheel body, the two-prong removers can break - wrecking the freewheel in the process. Then we'll be back here talking about destrucive removal.
