Curtis was hugely helpful. He didn't make major changes in my position but he made 4 or 5 subtle changes that make me feel more solid, stable, and connected to the bike.
His background as an athlete and PT serves him well because with me he was able to point out issues in regards to my current flexibility that compromise my fit. He gave me a series of exercises and stretches and even massage to do at home that over time will improve flexibility and my comfort/performance.
His services aren't cheap, but IMO it's money incredibly well spent.

I have to agree. I have already noticed a difference through some of the stretch's. We are still going to make a few more changes to the bike, but I gotta get some flexability first.
