Backroads is a Berkeley based company that puts on bicycle tours all around the world. I went with them to Ireland last year, and to Praugue and Vienna this summer.

They order their own spec bikes from manufacturers painted how they want and sell off the fleet every couple of years. Currently they're using some really sweet titainium frame numbers...

I don't know who makes them.
