depends on how you look at it. someone might want a really powerful rear light because low density traffic means the cars are usually going faster and a stronger light will mean that you are noticed earlier.

high or low volume of traffic, either way, if you have to ride along roads marked at 60~80km/h speed limits then this is really nice to have.
