The goal is two pounds a week, but I am doing a lot of exercising. My nutritionist has never worked with someone that rides as much as I do. She has been doing some research and trying to adjust my diet with me eating more complex carbs that are primarily veggies.
The main thing for me is that once a week I have to weigh in and it holds me accountable.
