Black leather dye. I was putting it on w/a q-tip, but that wasn't cutting it for hard to reach (but easy to see) surfaces, so I just glommed a bunch of dye on with a cloth, effectively dyed the leather covers too, but they were black anyhow. Followed it up w/some proofide, then buffed pretty hard to get off any loose dye.
