What do you guys think about this

"I currently have a 53 cm Raliegh Pursuit road bike listed that would be perfect for a single speed setup. 4130 cromoly tubing. If you dont want the built up bike,I would be willing to sell the bike without the wheelset for 100.00."

Is this bike too low-end for 100 bucks?
