The Roubaix has a slightly longer wheelbase and the HTA differs which results in a slightly slower turning bike which in turn leads to a slower handling bike...eg, less twitchy...

For me I just fit the Roubaix better and therefore am more comfortable on it. I have an easier time getting into the drops on the bike, the taller HT helps with that...
