I got around to tearing down, cleaning/lubing, & reassembling the bike and trying the 700c wheels/cassette: It's all good, the Cyclone has the capacity. Brakes have enough reach too. Ordered Koolstop salmon pads. New cables, tires, & pedals have arrived.

Still have to overhaul the hubs.

I have non-bike chores to do this weekend around the house but still hope to have time to wrench and ride.
