5" power on almost any ride, since I have a large intersection after about 5 min. into my ride. I always ride through that intersection with as much power as I can get out of my legs.
1' power just hurts a lot, so maybe once a week. 5' I haven't really done a real test.
Testing of 20' power is even worse than 1' or 5', because it hurts for the entire time. More than my stomach can take.
