OK, I'll check the seat post size (bike is pretty deep back in the workshop). I'll leave the FILA stickers alone, but the decals are all sitting ontop of the paint, pretty cheesy, with no clearcoat.
Based on the weight (light) and some components on the bike, I think this started out as a pretty nice bike.
Downtube looks straight (damage free), but I will look a little closer.
Top tube rear brake cable routing looks identical to my Miyata 712, including the plastic grommets.
Seat post is 26.8mm.
No branding visible on dropouts.
