I bought one off eBay recently. It is the same bike as the KHS Flite 100 Track. (I was just in a store selling the KHS and it is definitely the same frame and same wheelset). Their website doesn't really help...lists hubs as "alloy track." But maybe someone from KHS could give you more info on who makes them.
