Bikes: '07 trek madone ssl, DA.

I did my first outdoor 20' FTP test and had some questions.

225 avg and NP power for my 20' test. Minus 5%=214w for my estimated 60' FTP.

My 60' peak power is 169w and 223w NP.

Which number would you use to set your FTP, the test number of 214 or 60' peak NP of 223w?
