There are two tools actually - and unless you plan on doing more of this sort of maintenance in the future, it's going to be less expensive to take it to the LBS.

If you are going to do this several times, there are tools made by Park, and a couple other manufacturers for this. You want to make sure you get the proper tool though, as modern bottom brackets use something entirely different. (don't ask me how I learned this )
