I'm 14 and ride as much as the weather will permit me. But during the summer I ride about 20 miles a day on the road, and on weekends I hit the singletrack. If I can't get out to ride, I will get on my dads stationary bike and go for about 10-20 miles. The stationary bike really helps you get in and stay in shape.
