I do recall seeing an ad for an apartment complex where they actually mention that the location would be good for a car free lifestyle. However, the statement was somewhat of an exaggeration. If the complex were on the other side of the road it would have been a more believable claim. I was completely shocked that they mentioned it at all, though.
