Yeah, that was a 20' test, just to offset his 260W result from the 3' test. Keep in mind that if you weren't feeling it, the 20' test isn't any more informative than the 3' test. It does sound safer to keep the estimate down a bit though.

I think this all-out stuff takes a few tries to fully understand and get your muscles firing like that, while hitting the mute button on the pain messages. BD, I think you might want to do another 1' test in a month or two to see if you can beat this new PR from the 3' test.
