I have a number of geared bikes that range from the 3 speed on my old roadster to the 24 speeds on my mtb and hybrid bikes.

My vintage Peugeot has a whopping 8 speeds as 4 speed blocks were common back in the 50's.

The fixed gear bikes and the hybrid log the most miles as the road bike and mtb are more function specific.
