I've been working on my ass-in-the-saddle trackstands, just to keep things interesting.
I was doing this while talking to on the mobile and waiting for the MAX to Portland.
I was doing it no-handed, though, and it was much easier than I thought it would be for the most part.
I held it too long, became careless, and the bike fell over underneath me, though.
