Tubular Tires for Clincher Rims

I have always used clincher tires on my road bikes, but am now considering going to tubular.
The Tufo web site makes these following claims for their tubulars that are made to fit on clincher rims. These claims are hopefully correct, but they seem too good to be all true:
-low rolling resistance
-no need for rim liner
-low weight
-no need to use glue
-the easiest and fastest installation from all types of tires, no tools required
-possibility of high inflation pressures
-distinctly the safest behavior in case of flats without endangering the stability of the rider
-in case of emergency can be ridden flat
-immediate use after installation
-construction and compactness is equal to tubular tires, riding properties are very close to tubular tires as well

All this in a tubular made to work with a clincher rim.

Here's the link to Tufo:

Does anyone have experience with tubulars, especially the Tufo's to deem how credible these claims are?

In considering switching to these I would like to know if there are any unforseen problems I could have. I know that tubulars are more resistant to flats, but are on-the-road repairs feasible?
