The Schwalbe rep responded to this question just a couple weeks ago.
I can't seem to find anything with the search function, so I'll try it from memory:

The Supreme uses the same soft rubber as their racing tires, with the Vectran cords to improve puncture resistance w/o adding a lot of weight. Soft rubber is great for traction, but does *not* give high mileage.

The Plus is intended to be the ultimate in puncture resistance for commuting.
Based on your requirements, the Plus would be the obvious choice.
