Congrats on riding your age. My age ride will need to be 58 miles this year.

I'm impressed by the time. Last week I rode 35 miles and it took me four hours. You move along at what I consider a very respectable pace. Though I have no suggestions I do hope you get the foot comfort sorted out soon.
