Actually they couldn't be easier to repair. The sealant works very well but if the puncture is too big then obviously you must change the tire, which is also very easy and requires no tools. Much better than clinchers and tubes IMO. Also, I've NEVER had a pinch flat with TUFO's. Not even sure if it's possible. Seriously, I've been riding TUFO's for over 25,000 miles now and wouldn't consider going back to clinchers. The only negatives are availability and cost. They are quite expensive and very few shops carry them. A little planning ahead insures I never have a supply problem.
