BTW, you're never too old to try something new. I started MTBing at 44, started downhill racing a couple years later and have had my share of ouches: broken collarbone, three cracked ribs and a punctured lung; and am on week 4 of nursing a collarbone break right now (guess the other side needed it). None of that would happen if I stuck to golf but I'm havin' lots more fun
