I got an excel version of the chart and continued the formulas for a few more rows, then plotted my 5s and 1min values. There was a huge jump from 5s to 5min, with 60min slightly lower. (1 min was lower than 5s, but I haven't killed myself for 1 min yet, so I ingnored this value. Nor have I done a ride less than 2 hours, but my estimated FTP is higher than my 5 min.)
I think that means that either your estimate for FTP is wrong, or more likely you haven't done any hard 5 min efforts.
This seems to confirm my fear that I am destined to suffer for long periods of time to get results. Everest Challenge appeals to me,
If you're signed up for an Ironman and EC appeals to you instead of horrifying you, then you have the mental make up to be an endurance athlete. But that doesn't mean that you can't get good at sprinting. I have never been good at it but the times I have sucked less at sprinting I have had a very positive attitude about it. At least for me it seems to be more mental than any other aspect of cycling performance. If I think I can do something in a sprint, I do a lot better than if I am doubting myself.
