Hi Onion. Let us know what bike you choose!
The link Absntr posted is actually pretty good for pre-made bikes.
Re-read the first couple posts, it mentions several.
Also, check the ebay thread- fixed gear bikes are sold there most of the time.
The most important thing is finding a bike that FITS you. I've had several and when I sit on different bikes it is a total different experience- my butt hurts less, my arms feel great and I'm not straining to look ahead.

Are you doing this on the cheap, or spending cash? If you have got some cash to think about, perhaps pay for a fitting in a bioke shop (around $60) to help you figure out what fits you best.
Don't have the money? Research bike fitting, buy a $25 geared clunker that is close to your size, fiddle around with the saddle height, saddle angle, handlebar heighth.. THEN go out and buy a fixie off the shelf.
I guarentee it will make a lot of difference.
Also, not sure how tall you are- but I'm starting to realize I might need a wider handlebar. I'm 6'2" and a small handlebar seems to be a bit small. My handlebars are 36cm and it is looking like I need ones that are 43cm. Just a thought.
Definatly let us know what you get.
