It's hard to see if the frame is misaligned due to the hits its taken. That's not due to any quality issues in your camera, I think it's just hard to portray them, even if you know they're there. I don't see deadly damage, unless you need it to be a like-new restoration. I think there's probably decent integrity in the frame, and it should still make a good rider.

The cheapest thing you can do is to do the string test to check basic alignment, and if it's ok, touch up the bare spots to protect the steel, then rebuild with the original parts as much as possible, and ride it. It depends on your priorities, but if riding is more important than cosmetics, I think you have a good rider there.

Unless you have zero $$ in the bike and parts now. If that's the case, just sell.
