I also live in Michigan. I've bought from them several times, and talked with them on the phone once or twice. They seem good guys. I load their daily deal on my morning bookmarks, and have bought their deal a few times; a few months back they had the unexcelled Park Tools Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair for half price ($12.50 or so) - if I knew how good it was I would have bought another copy to give to the library.
