We run into major time crunches around here too. I typically take a whole bag of chicken breasts (6lbs) from Sam's Club and grill them all at once so that it lasts us for 3-4 days of meals. It goes into pasta, on bread for sandwiches, into salads, etc. It's saved us money and more often, it's saved us from stopping by for fast food and keeps us eating healthy.

I do the same thing it helps a lot, also those premade rice dishes from TJ helps a lot if I don't have time to cook up pasta or rice.
