Bikes: Haro Vector, IRO Rob Roy, Bianchi Veloce

Have you looked at the IRO Phoenix? It looks like the replacement for the IRO Rob Roy. Longer wheelbase, relaxed geometry, two bottle mounts, braze-ons for a rack and fenders.
