Panera's = MMmmmm. I love their turkey bravo.
As for quick prep stuff, same here. At home it's just my wife and I plus my daughter who's just under two. I like to cook, but on the days of the week when we are both working it's easier if we can just whip up something fast.
So we'll cook up a pound of pasta before hand and that will last us 2-3 nights of dinners.
Rice same thing. Just microwave some frozen chicken and vegetables, throw them in and voila!
Ramen Noodles are good for a quick meal in a pinch also. They cook in like 2 minutes. I don't use the flavor packets that come with them, I just use some beef bouillon and boil them in the broth for flavor. Throw some veggies in the microwave, mix them in with the noodles and again, voila!
Easy, inexpensive and hopefully a little healthier than fast food.
