I took it out for a light ride with the wife (sometimes you just have to) of about 20 miles... it climbs like a goat compared to my Allez Elite... You are right the steering is SUPER crisp and instantaneous took me a few minutes to get used to it and to ride 1 handed. I did a few sprints but not much because i was keep her pace today (lets just say i never broke a sweat) and on the few sprints i did i was amazed at the acceleration difference. Most of which I attribute to the stiffer/better wheelset compared to the cheap a*s Jalco ones on my old bike, though the BB is BEEFY so i am sure that had at least a little to do with it.
I will also say right now Aluminum what??? Carbon for me from now on, sooo smooth over the road, don't notice much on nice pavement, but the crappy pavement really makes it evident.
The fit seems spot on, i had some minor knee discomfort but it definitely was because of not being used vice alignment etc...
