This custom frame and fork were built in Toronto by Mike Mulholland who passed away in 2006. It’s hard to find info about the Cyclops company and its bikes because the company was a very small family-run frame building company. That has been listed for months, I think late February. I am surprised he hasn't come down in price yet...
It is a pretty nice frame and the lugs are really beefy, I guess it would have been a sprinting frame? Maybe constructed of Columbus Max tubing?
edit: I walked into Dollarama and they have bike bells for....a buck. Totally wicked PLUS I heard that the cops were blitzing cyclists and handing out tickets for no bells, etc...
